§ HS.242.402. QUALITY OF CARE

QUALITY OF CARE. An institution shall provide to each resident the necessary care or service needed to enable the resident to attain and maintain the highest practicable level of physical, emotional, and social well-being, in accordance with: (1) each resident's individual assessment and comprehensive plan of care; and (2) the rules and standards relating to quality of care adopted under this chapter.
