§ HS.171.004. ABORTION OF FETUS AGE 16 WEEKS OR MORE

ABORTION OF FETUS AGE 16 WEEKS OR MORE. An abortion of a fetus age 16 weeks or more may be performed only at an ambulatory surgical center or hospital licensed to perform the abortion. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 999, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
