§ HR.42.260. TELEHEALTH PILOT PROGRAM
TELEHEALTH PILOT PROGRAM. The commission in coordination with the department and single source continuum contractors shall establish guidelines in the STAR Health program to improve the use of telehealth services to provide and enhance mental health and behavioral health care for children placed in the managing conservatorship of the state. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 621 (S.B. 1896 ), Sec. 24, eff. June 14, 2021.
