§ HR.42.259. TRANSITION PLANS
TRANSITION PLANS. A general residential operation shall develop a transition plan for each child who has been placed at the operation for longer than six months. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 621 (S.B. 1896 ), Sec. 24, eff. June 14, 2021.
