§ HR.40.051. STRATEGIC PLAN FOR DEPARTMENT

STRATEGIC PLAN FOR DEPARTMENT. The department shall develop a departmental strategic plan based on: (1) furthering the policy of family preservation; (2) the goal of ending the abuse and neglect of children in the conservatorship of the department; and (3) the goal of increasing the capacity and availability of foster, relative, and kinship placements in this state.
