§ HR.32.0282. PUBLIC HEARING ON RATES

PUBLIC HEARING ON RATES. (a) The commission shall hold a public hearing to allow interested persons to present comments relating to proposed payment rates for medical assistance. (b) The commission shall provide notice of each hearing to the public. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 1085, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
