§ HR.161.003. SUNSET PROVISION
SUNSET PROVISION. Unless the commission is continued in existence as provided by Chapter 325 , Government Code, after the review required by Section 523.0003 , Government Code, this chapter expires on the date the commission is abolished under that section.
