§ HR.152.0373. COLLECTION AND DISBURSEMENT OF SUPPORT PAYMENTS IN CAMERON COUNTY

COLLECTION AND DISBURSEMENT OF SUPPORT PAYMENTS IN CAMERON COUNTY. (a) The juvenile board of Cameron County may require a juvenile probation officer to collect and disburse child support payments that are required by court order to be made to a court in the county. (b) The juvenile probation officer shall keep a record of money received and disbursed in a well-bound book subject to public inspection in the probation office. The county auditor shall audit the records. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 352, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
