§ GV.825.210. INTEREST IN INVESTMENT PROFITS PROHIBITED

INTEREST IN INVESTMENT PROFITS PROHIBITED. Except for an interest in the retirement assets as a member of the retirement system, a trustee or employee of the board of trustees may not have a direct or indirect interest in the gains from investments made with the system's assets and may not receive any compensation for service other than designated salary and authorized expenses.
