§ GV.802.3021. STATE PENSION REVIEW BOARD ACTUARY

STATE PENSION REVIEW BOARD ACTUARY. An actuary who reviews or prepares an actuarial analysis for the board must have at least five years of experience as an actuary working with one or more public retirement systems and must be a fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, or an enrolled actuary under the Employees Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (29 U.S.C.
