§ GV.661.204. TRANSFER OF SICK LEAVE BALANCE

TRANSFER OF SICK LEAVE BALANCE. A state employee who transfers directly from one state agency to another is entitled to credit by the agency to which the employee transfers for the unused balance of the employee's accumulated sick leave, if the employee's employment with the state is uninterrupted. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 279, Sec. 19, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
