§ GV.551.090. ENFORCEMENT COMMITTEE APPOINTED BY TEXAS STATE BOARD OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTANCY
ENFORCEMENT COMMITTEE APPOINTED BY TEXAS STATE BOARD OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTANCY. This chapter does not require an enforcement committee appointed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy to conduct an open meeting to investigate and deliberate a disciplinary action under Subchapter K , Chapter 901 , Occupations Code, relating to the enforcement of Chapter 901 or the rules of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 36 (S.B. 228 ), Sec. 3, eff. September 1, 2013. For expiration of this section, see Subsection (e).
