§ GV.542.0111. CARE COORDINATION

CARE COORDINATION. (a) A comprehensive long-term services and supports provider participating in the pilot program shall work in coordination with the care coordinators of a managed care organization participating in the pilot program to ensure the seamless daily delivery of acute care and long-term services and supports in accordance with a pilot program participant's plan of care. (b) A managed care organization may reimburse a comprehensive long-term services and supports provider for coordinating with care coordinators under this section. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611 ), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2025.
