GUIDANCE REGARDING CONTINUATION OF SERVICES UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES. The commission shall provide guidance and additional education to Medicaid managed care organizations regarding federal law requirements to continue providing services during an internal appeal, a Medicaid fair hearing, or any other review.
