§ GV.54.861. CLERK

CLERK. The district clerk shall perform the statutory duties necessary for the criminal law hearing officers appointed under this subchapter in cases filed in a district court or county criminal court. A person designated to serve as clerk of a justice court shall perform the statutory duties necessary for cases filed in a justice court. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 224, Sec. 1, eff.
