§ GV.511.0102. INFORMATION ON LICENSED JAILER TURNOVER
INFORMATION ON LICENSED JAILER TURNOVER. On or before the fifth day of each month, each jail under the commission's jurisdiction shall submit to the commission a report containing the number of licensed jailers who left employment at the jail during the previous month. The commission shall prescribe a form for the report required by this section. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 929 (S.B. 1687 ), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2011.
