§ GV.51.404. SPECIAL DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK IN GALVESTON COUNTY

SPECIAL DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK IN GALVESTON COUNTY. The Commissioners Court of Galveston County may pay for the services of a special deputy district county clerk if the commissioners court considers a deputy clerk necessary.
