§ GV.493.026. CERTAIN INTERAGENCY COMMUNICATIONS PROHIBITED

CERTAIN INTERAGENCY COMMUNICATIONS PROHIBITED. The department, regardless of available capacity in the program, may not prohibit a parole panel from, or request a parole panel to refrain from, requiring an inmate to participate in and complete a treatment program operated by the department before the inmate is released on parole. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1308 (S.B. 909 ), Sec. 17, eff. June 15, 2007.
