§ GV.487.654. PROHIBITION

PROHIBITION. A community telecommunications alliance may not directly or indirectly: (1) provide telecommunications or information services to the public; (2) resell or share telecommunications or information services obtained through grants or loans received under Chapter 57 , Utilities Code, with persons not eligible for the grants or loans; or (3) provide or support the provision of telecommunications or information services in competition with a private sector provider.
