§ GV.45.340. WEBB COUNTY
WEBB COUNTY. The county attorney handles or prosecutes all juvenile, child welfare, and mental health cases in Webb County, the other civil cases in Webb County where the state is a party, and the other duties imposed by law on the office of county attorney. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
