§ GV.436.102. CONSULTING AGREEMENTS
CONSULTING AGREEMENTS. With prior approval of the governor, the commission may enter into an agreement with a consulting firm to provide information and assistance on a pending decision of the United States Department of Defense or other federal agency regarding the status of military installations and defense-related businesses located in this state. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 3, eff. May 27, 2003.
