§ GV.420.004. ADMINISTRATION OF PROGRAM
ADMINISTRATION OF PROGRAM. The attorney general shall administer the Sexual Assault Prevention and Crisis Services Program and may delegate a power or duty given to the attorney general under this chapter to an employee in the attorney general's office.
