§ GV.411.112. ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION
ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION: TEXAS COMMISSION ON LAW ENFORCEMENT. The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement is entitled to obtain from the department criminal history record information maintained by the department that relates to a person who is: (1) an applicant for a license under Chapter 1701 , Occupations Code; or (2) the holder of a license under that chapter. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 790, Sec. 35, eff. Sept. 1, 1993. Amended by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 9.0045, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
