§ GV.404.065. CASH BALANCING
CASH BALANCING. The comptroller shall keep records for the purpose of arriving at the daily cash balance. The daily totals of receipts and disbursements and the amount of cash on hand and in depository banks shall be recorded. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
