§ GV.403.408. RESERVATION FOR CERTAIN PROGRAMS
RESERVATION FOR CERTAIN PROGRAMS. Twenty percent of the funds available for grant programs under this subchapter must be reserved for job skills training programs that serve the unemployed and individuals whose incomes are at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 654 (H.B. 1935 ), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2009.
