§ GV.403.0245. AVAILABILITY ON INTERNET OF CERTAIN INFORMATION ON STATE GRANTS
AVAILABILITY ON INTERNET OF CERTAIN INFORMATION ON STATE GRANTS. (a) In this section, "state agency" has the meaning assigned by Section 403.013 . (b) A state agency that awards a state grant in an amount greater than $25,000 shall make available to the public on the agency's generally accessible Internet website the purposes for which the grant was awarded. The agency shall provide to the comptroller a link to the information in order for the comptroller to maintain the information on the comptroller's Internet website through a central Internet portal.
