§ GV.4005.051. SCOPE OF EXEMPTION

SCOPE OF EXEMPTION. Except as expressly provided otherwise in this title, this title does not apply to a security described by this subchapter when offered for sale, sold, or dealt in by a registered dealer or a registered dealer's agent.
