§ GV.33.041. JUDICIAL DIRECTORY
JUDICIAL DIRECTORY; NOTICE. (a) The Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System shall: (1) establish a judicial directory that contains the contact information, including the e-mail address, for each judge in this state; and (2) provide the commission with access to the directory for the purpose of providing to a judge written notice required by this subchapter. (b) Written notice required by this subchapter may be provided to a judge by e-mail. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1130 (S.B. 293 ), Sec. 13, eff. September 1, 2025. SUBCHAPTER C.
