§ GV.301.102. EXERCISE OF RULEMAKING POWER

EXERCISE OF RULEMAKING POWER. This subchapter is enacted by the legislature as an exercise of the rulemaking power granted to each house of the legislature under Sections 10 and 11 , Article III, Texas Constitution. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 8 (H.B. 18 ), Sec. 1, eff. December 4, 2025.
