§ GV.24.954. QUARTERS FOR COURTS

QUARTERS FOR COURTS. The commissioners court of a county that is newly included in a judicial district by reapportionment under this subchapter shall provide suitable quarters, facilities, and personnel for the district court of the judicial district.
