§ GV.2308.3165. SCOPE OF CHILD CARE SERVICES
SCOPE OF CHILD CARE SERVICES. In addition to other programs approved by a board or permitted by another law, a child who is otherwise eligible for child care services funded by a board is eligible to receive the services while the child is enrolled in a federal Head Start program or in after-school care provided at a school. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1142, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
