§ GV.2306.114. FILING OF ANNUAL BUDGET

FILING OF ANNUAL BUDGET. (a) Copies of the annual budget certified by the presiding officer of the board shall be filed promptly with the governor and the legislature. (b) The annual budget is not effective until filed. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
