§ GV.2306.067. LOANED EMPLOYEES
LOANED EMPLOYEES. (a) The director may enter into reciprocal agreements with a state agency or instrumentality or local government to loan or assign department employees to that entity. (b) A state agency or instrumentality or local government may loan or assign employees to the department, with or without reimbursement, by agreement between the department and the other party. The department may contract to reimburse all costs incidental to loaning or assigning employees. (c) An employee loaned or assigned to the department is an employee of the lending agency or unit for purposes of salary, leave, retirement, and other personnel benefits. The loaned or assigned employee is under the supervision of personnel of the department and is an employee of the department for all other purposes. (d) The director may enter into an agreement with the manufactured housing division to loan or assign department employees, equipment, and facilities to that division.
