§ GV.2306.0321. APPEAL OF BOARD AND DEPARTMENT DECISIONS
APPEAL OF BOARD AND DEPARTMENT DECISIONS. (a) The board shall adopt rules outlining a formal process for appealing board and department decisions. (b) The rules must specify the requirements for appealing a board or department decision, including: (1) the persons eligible to appeal; (2) the grounds for an appeal; (3) the process for filing an appeal, including the information that must be submitted with an appeal; (4) a reasonable period in which an appeal must be filed, heard, and decided; (5) the process by which an appeal is heard and a decision is made; (6) the possible outcomes of an appeal; and (7) the process by which notification of a decision and the basis for a decision is given.
