§ GV.2303.517. REPORT

REPORT. (a) Before obtaining a state benefit, the qualified business must submit to the comptroller a certified report of the actual number of jobs created or retained and the capital investment made at or committed to the qualified business site. (b) Not later than the 30th day after the date the comptroller completes an enterprise project's close-out, the comptroller shall submit to the bank a report stating the actual amount of capital investment made and the actual number of jobs created or retained as a result of the enterprise project designation.
