§ GV.2269.005. APPLICABILITY

APPLICABILITY: INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION. (a) In this section, "institution of higher education," "public junior college," and "university system" have the meanings assigned by Section 61.003 , Education Code. (b) This chapter applies to a public junior college but does not apply to: (1) any other institution of higher education; or (2) a university system.
