§ GV.2205.033. TEXAS A&amp

TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY SYSTEM AIRCRAFT. (a) The board of regents of The Texas A&M University System is primarily responsible for scheduling Texas A&M University System aircraft. (b) The Texas A&M University System shall base Texas A&M University System aircraft in Brazos County. (c) A pilot of Texas A&M University System aircraft must be an employee of The Texas A&M University System. (d) In this section, "Texas A&M University System aircraft" means aircraft owned on August 31, 1991, or acquired after that date by The Texas A&M University System or one of its components. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
