§ GV.2204.705. REVERSION TO STATE ON NONUSE
REVERSION TO STATE ON NONUSE. If the United States no longer uses the area described by Section 2204.701 for a purpose described by Section 2204.701 or fails to maintain or to have maintained at any time the facilities described by Section 2204.701 , the easement granted under this subchapter terminates and reverts to the state. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1420, Sec. 9.010(b), eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
