§ GV.2204.703. LIMITATION ON CONVEYANCE

LIMITATION ON CONVEYANCE. A conveyance under this subchapter is subject to the limitations described by Sections 2204.101-2204.103, Government Code, and Sections 61.115-61.117, Water Code. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1420, Sec. 9.010(b), eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
