§ GV.2204.402. APPLICATION BY UNITED STATES
APPLICATION BY UNITED STATES. On application to the governor by the United States Commissioner, International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, describing the area and the interest in that area necessary or expedient for the purposes described in Section 2204.401 , the governor shall issue a grant for and on behalf of this state to the United States conveying to the United States the area and interest described in the application. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
