§ GV.2167.009. CONSIDERATION TO MILITARY INSTALLATION

CONSIDERATION TO MILITARY INSTALLATION. In leasing space for the use of a state agency, the commission or the private brokerage or real estate firm assisting the commission shall give consideration to a federally owned or operated military installation or facility.
