§ GV.2155.383. ADVANCE PAYMENTS TO STATE OR FEDERAL AGENCY
ADVANCE PAYMENTS TO STATE OR FEDERAL AGENCY. A state agency may make an advance payment to a federal or other state agency for goods purchased from the agency if an advance payment will expedite delivery of the goods. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
