§ GV.2105.205. INTERIM CONTRACT PENDING HEARING

INTERIM CONTRACT PENDING HEARING. If a provider requests an administrative hearing under Section 2105.204 , the agency may enter into an interim contract with the provider or another provider for the services formerly provided by the provider while administrative or judicial proceedings are pending.
