§ GV.2054.2592. FEE EXEMPTION

FEE EXEMPTION; BARBER AND COSMETOLOGY BOARDS. The department may not charge the State Board of Barber Examiners or the Texas Cosmetology Commission a fee to use the project for the issuance or renewal of an occupational license. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1260 (H.B. 2048 ), Sec. 8, eff. June 18, 2005.
