§ GV.2002.021. AGENCY LIAISON
AGENCY LIAISON. A state agency shall designate at least one individual to act as a liaison through whom all required documents may be submitted to the secretary of state for filing and publication. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
