§ GV.171.0353. DISCIPLINARY ACTION

DISCIPLINARY ACTION; ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY. If a person violates this chapter or an order issued or a rule adopted under this chapter, the person is subject to any action or penalty under Subchapter F or G, Chapter 51 , Occupations Code. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 948 (S.B. 1480 ), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2021.
