§ GV.1503.203. PAYMENT OF PREVAILING WAGE RATES

PAYMENT OF PREVAILING WAGE RATES. An expenditure of or agreement to spend bond proceeds covered by this subchapter for the construction of a building, improvement, or facility must be conditioned on the payment of not less than the rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character in the municipality as determined by the governing body of the municipality under Chapter 2258 . Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
