§ FI.393.619. MOVING AN OFFICE
MOVING AN OFFICE. (a) A license holder shall give written notice to the commissioner before the 30th day before the date the license holder moves an office from the location provided on the license. (b) The commissioner shall amend a license holder's license accordingly. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1302 (H.B. 2594 ), Sec. 2, eff. January 1, 2012.
