§ FI.393.106. COPY OF DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

COPY OF DISCLOSURE STATEMENT. A credit services organization shall keep in its files a copy of a document required under Section 393.105 , signed by the consumer, acknowledging receipt, until the second anniversary of the date on which the organization provides the document.
