§ FI.392.401. BONA FIDE ERROR
BONA FIDE ERROR. A person does not violate this chapter if the action complained of resulted from a bona fide error that occurred notwithstanding the use of reasonable procedures adopted to avoid the error. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
